As a lifelong resident of the Upstate, I have extensive knowledge of the area and a deep connection to the community. Before transitioning into real estate, I owned a local boutique for five years, where I learned how to build a business from the ground up. I also spent 11 years in the building industry, working closely with local builders, and served on the board of the Home Builders Association of Spartanburg for five years. During that time, my passion for real estate grew, and I gained a deep understanding of the industry, which led me to where I am today. 

My mission is to work earnestly, honestly, and to give generously to those who trust me in this important process. I believe in going beyond just completing a transaction—I aim to build lasting relationships with my clients by creating an experience that sets a high standard. I am committed to always doing what I promise, sometimes more but never less. By working with passion, enthusiasm, and strong ethics, I ensure that every interaction with my clients is rooted in trust and excellence.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about Clemson football and baseball, and I love that the Upstate offers both the mountains and the beach, plus four beautiful seasons!

I take pride in helping my clients through every step of the real estate process, whether they’re first-time homebuyers achieving their dream or seasoned buyers navigating new opportunities. I’ve lived in the Upstate since 1998 and love the convenience of being close to everything right between the mountains and the beach. I hold a degree in Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Education from Clemson University, and my background spans over 25 years in the real estate industry as well as public relations and finance. I’ve had the privilege of working with many different people from all walks of life, and every day in this industry brings something new and exciting.  

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and have been an IPTAY member and representative for over thirty years. I’m also a huge supporter of Clemson athletics, and I enjoy spending my free time boating and fishing in the beautiful Upstate that I call home!
